At Marathon Watch, we stand by the precision and durability of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the watch in its original box with all manuals and tags attached, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our master watchmakers will inspect the returned item for quality assurance, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
